This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of our collaboration days What do we need:
We seek a motivated team member who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment and is passionate about creating memorable IBO experiences.
What's special about this role:
This role provides a wide range of exposure and experience in event planning.
It is responsible for various tasks for multiple events under general supervision.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Create registration timelines for all NCA events.
Organize, consult, and implement registration and housing procedures Accurately and effectively manage hotel room blocks Establish and maintain consultative relationships with event platform account manager, meeting planners and hotel staff Provides on-site registration and housing leadership at events and collects and provides post event data reports for event planners Provide recommendations & best practices to planners for improvements on registration sites Assist in the coordination of registration processes for meetings/events of any size as directed by Special Event leadership team Required
Qualifications:

4 years of events, hospitality, or related experience Mid-Level :
2 years of events, hospitality, or related experience AA/AS Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, PR Communications, or equivalent experience Ability to travel 20% of the time Skills to be successful in the role:
Working knowledge of the principles and practices of hospitality management.
Ability to interact positively and professionally with people from highly diverse cultural backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize competing and conflicting assignments.
Ability to work independently.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be competent in office technology and demonstrate an aptitude for proprietary event technology.

The ANA Special Events team focuses on creating experiences that reward and recognize IBOs for their business accomplishments.
As IBOs achieve new levels of success the events continue to grow in exclusivity, individualization, and reward.
We work in partnership with LGS, Marketing, Compensation, Education, and Recognition to ensure we create event experiences that motivate, educate, reward and foster partnership between the IBOs and the company.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
