The license (LMSW or LLMSW) is active and in good standing preferredMinimum of one (1) year of experience in health careHospice or homecare experience preferredReliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and car insurancePay Rate$50k - $55k annually#HomecareInterim Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
