Job Description Role:
Practice Director (Automotive) Wipro, as a world leader in product engineering and engineering R&D, enables you to create a new wave of experience through Software defined vehicle, EV solutions, connected products, digital cockpit and engineering & manufacturing solutions. This is a leadership role to develop & grow the engineering business in Automotive segment in Americas. The role entails thought leadership, go-to-market strategies; support Industry sales resources as a subject matter expert (SME), maintaining key account relationships, and working with Solution & Delivery teams in key growth strategies. Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to lead & manage key Automotive accounts for Product Engineering Services Will be responsible for revenue and order booking goals Develop and execute demand generation plan for the segment across existing accounts. Develop and present proposals and quotations to support sales goals and Manage existing strategic customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. Serve as the subject matter expert within the region and primary liaison between the solution teams, delivery, and customers. Working with internal teams to identify and create strategic initiatives, and operating plans. Required Skills:
Ideally has 10-15
yrs of experience in the Engineering Services Space focused on Automotive Industry. Very good personal credibility and industry relationships. Good understanding of IVI, ADAS, Power Electronics and Design Engineering for Automotive The person will need to be a thought leader with flair for consultative selling. Ability to understand and conceptualize customer requirements and lead structuring of deals. He/She should be able to create/refine value proposition and drive demand generation. Ability to travel within Americas 20-25% of the time and occasional international travel. Ability to work and meet objectives with minimal direction and oversight. Must have a working knowledge of off / on / near shore model Outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal and leadership skills
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
