is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician for our daily operations.
Our first shift runs from 6:
00am - 2:
30pm, however the Maintenance Technician should be flexible with their schedule to be able to complete tasks and projects during non-operating hours.
As our Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining a safety-first workplace by keeping the facility and all equipment at peak operating performance.
You will be providing solutions to maintenance fires that come up throughout the day, as well as continuous development and improvement of our preventative maintenance measures.
You will participate in team projects to contribute to building and repairing processing equipment.

Maintain a safety-first workplace Maintain the facility and all equipment (including mechanical and electrical) through proper installation and timely repairs Meet daily repair needs and all other maintenance fires Order, install, and return parts as needed Assist in the development of an effective Preventative Maintenance program Perform and document Preventative Maintenance and repairs on equipment and the facility Review Preventative Maintenance logs for open issues Perform upgrades on equipment as assigned Participate in team projects to maximize continuous improvement of our production Act as a contact for any contractors that may be doing work in the facility and verify that they follow applicable rules and USDA regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with production leadership on any maintenance activities required on equipment.
Qualifications:

years of manufacturing maintenance 5
year of experience using Preventative Maintenance programs 3
years of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration experience 5
years of PLC electrical controls and programming maintenance Basic welding knowledge Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Flexible work schedule for projects that need to be done during non-production hours Ability to stand during shift Ability to lift 60 pounds Job Type:
