Answer phone in a prompt, professional manner, Receive and route messages in a timely fashion, Process email requests in a timely fashion, Schedule routine, sick and surgical appointments, Review discharge instructions with clients, Organize paperwork for daily appointments and surgeries, Conduct appointment reminder telephone calls, Process lab results, postcards and sympathy cards, Process day-end paperwork and organize deposit Must LOVE animals.
Minimum requirements Desired:
Receptionist experience utilizing a multi-line telephone system, entering data into the computer system, and performing clerical functions.
Abilities required Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills; data entry skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong attention to detail and a high desire for quality work.
Compensation:
$13.
50 and up based on level of experience Physical Demands This job requires standing, walking, bending at the waist, twisting at the waist, bending at the knees (stooping), reaching, pulling, and lifting 40 pounds.
